The sun is shining a little brighter and a lot more profitably for one Lansdale couple, whom recently had a Lumos LSX roof-mounted, solar array installed at their residence. The 5.4 kW system uses the new frameless technology by Lumos Solar, a sister company of Lighthouse Solar.
Lighthouse Solar/Gavin Construction is the only company locally, which is a certified installer of these glass solar panels with its patented integrated wire-way rail system. LSX panels do not have the aluminum frame that traditional solar panels have. Rather, the silicone wafers are compressed between 2 sheets of 6 mm tempered solar glass. LSX frameless arrays reflect the world around them and blanket a roof with sleek, low profile panels and clean lines that complement any home or business.
Being “frame-free” creates “freedom” to explore new types of architectural designs. A clear LSX panel allows the sunlight to shine through to create amazing awnings, porticos or even carports with EV charging stations. The sky really is the limit with these panels and your imagination.
Call or email the Lighthouse Solar offices to set up a time to come out and see the Lumos, LSX Solar Modules at our office and design center in Souderton, PA.
