Edward P. Gavin, Sr., started Gavin Construction Company in 1968 till his retirement in 2007. From a young age, Tom and Ed Gavin have continued to learn and grow the business. In August 2014, Gavin Construction expanded their sales office and workshop to a new location in Souderton. We continue to expand and strive for excellence in residential and commercial construction. We want to thank our customers for their continued support and business.

Gavin Construction; talented and skilled home builders. The Gavins built our new home last year and are now renovating our 200 year old barn. My wife and I are thrilled with them as craftsmen and as individuals. Throughout the entire process, the Gavins always did what they said they would do, and then some. What I appreciate most, is that they are nearly vertical in all of the trades, personally capable of everything from excavation and foundation work, all the way to finished cabinetry and fine wood work.
